Education Director
Benjamin GAYRAUD - The Education Director of this Center is the winemaker of “Château Lamartine”, a renowned winery in the Cahors region in France. Benjamin has been guided by his father Alain GAYRAUD (the current owner of Château Lamartine) since young, and inherited the technique of plant and venification of his family. He well understands the strong tannin Malbec that represents the grape type in the Cahors region. In addition to the vinification at home, Benjamin often visits other countries and regions to teach the technique of plant and vinification of Malbec.
